Refund Policy
This policy covers Bay2Course web checkout purchases, Pro subscriptions, legacy founder passes, and venue pilots. App-store purchases follow the refund rules of the store that processed the payment.
Web Purchases
Bay2Course may sell Pro monthly plans, Pro annual plans, legacy founder passes, and venue pilots through Stripe-hosted checkout. To request help with a web purchase, email contact@bay2course.com with the purchase email, date, and reason for the request.
Subscriptions
You can request cancellation for future billing. Subscription fees already billed are generally not refunded unless required by law, a duplicate charge occurred, or Bay2Course made a billing mistake.
Legacy Founder Passes
The old public legacy founder checkout is no longer part of the public pricing path. Existing founder purchases are reviewed case by case for duplicate purchases, access problems Bay2Course cannot resolve, or accidental checkout.
Venue Pilots
Venue pilot refunds depend on the agreed pilot scope. If no separate written agreement exists, cancellation stops future billing and already-started monthly pilot periods are not automatically refunded.
Native App Store Purchases
If Bay2Course later sells digital app access through Apple App Store or Google Play billing, refunds for those purchases must be requested through Apple or Google unless the store directs otherwise.
